The BKF M4A1 SOPMOD Block 1 14.5″ 5.56 NATO rifle is part of B. King’s Firearms’ Retro Series and is built to replicate the iconic SOPMOD Block 1 carbines fielded by U.S. Special Operations Command. Designed to provide modularity and durability, the SOPMOD Block 1 platform became one of the most recognizable M4A1 configurations of the early Global War on Terror era.

This rifle features a 14.5″ chrome-lined 4150 chrome moly vanadium barrel with a 1:7 twist rate and carbine-length gas system. An extended A2 flash hider is permanently pinned and welded to bring the barrel length beyond 16 inches, allowing use on a standard lower receiver without NFA registration. The F-marked front sight base and detachable A2 carry handle maintain correct M4A1 configuration.

The forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers feature updated M4A1 carbine markings and are finished in hard coat black anodizing. Additional components include a nitride-finished M16 bolt carrier group with MPI/HPT testing, mil-spec fire control group, CQB-style stock and A2 grip, Knights Armament Company vertical grip, and a two-piece drop-in quad rail designed without a “diving board” bridge over the delta ring.

All BKF barrels are manufactured by top-tier U.S. barrel makers to BKF specifications and are guaranteed to deliver 1 MOA or better accuracy when used with match-grade ammunition.
