By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product or training course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Please do not use this website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms.

1Eligibility

You must be legally eligible to purchase the products you order. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition, receivers, or other products subject to a minimum age of 21.

Long guns and other products may be subject to different federal, state, or local age requirements.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the product.
  • You are providing complete and accurate information.
  • You are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition.
  • You are purchasing the product for lawful purposes.
  • You are not purchasing the product on behalf of a prohibited person.

2Firearm Purchases

All firearm sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Firearms purchased through this website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License dealer for transfer.

Customers are responsible for selecting and providing accurate receiving-dealer information. Coastal Firearms does not ship firearms directly to unlicensed customers. A firearm will not ship until a valid copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL has been received and verified. The customer must complete all required forms, background checks, permits, waiting periods, and transfer requirements. The receiving dealer may charge a separate transfer fee. If the receiving dealer refuses the transfer, the customer fails or cannot complete the background check, the firearm is prohibited at the destination, or the customer abandons the transfer, a restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable.

3Background Checks and Transfer Eligibility

Approval of an online order does not guarantee that the customer will be approved to receive the firearm.

The receiving FFL is responsible for completing the required transfer process and determining whether the transfer may legally proceed.

Coastal Firearms is not responsible for delays, denials, appeals, permit problems, waiting periods, or additional requirements imposed by the receiving dealer or customer’s jurisdiction.

4Ammunition Purchases

Ammunition is shipped only where legally permitted. Customers are responsible for understanding all federal, state, county, and local restrictions before ordering.

Ammunition orders may require an adult signature. Age or identification verification may be required. Orders may be canceled when required documentation is not provided. Coastal Firearms may refuse shipment to destinations with restrictions that cannot be reasonably accommodated. Restricted destinations may include Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., United States territories, and other jurisdictions where direct ammunition shipment is prohibited or restricted.

5Customer Responsibility for Applicable Laws

Products that are lawful in Delaware may be restricted or prohibited elsewhere.

You are responsible for confirming the legality of every product at your billing address, shipping address, transfer location, and place of intended possession or use.

This responsibility includes laws governing:

  • Firearms and receivers Magazine capacity Ammunition Threaded barrels

If an item becomes unavailable, Coastal Firearms may:

  • Cancel and refund the affected item
  • Contact the customer regarding a delay
