At Coastal Firearms, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, cancellations, warranties, and loyalty program redemptions.


Firearms, Ammunition & FFL Items

Due to federal law and ATF regulations:

  • All sales of firearms, stripped lower receivers, and ammunition are final.
  • Once a firearm is transferred to you by your selected FFL dealer, we cannot accept returns.
  • If a firearm arrives damaged or is incorrect, do not complete the FFL transfer. Instead, have the dealer refuse the transfer and contact us at support@coastalfirearmsllc.com within 48 hours.

Returns on untransferred firearms:

  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees (both directions) are non-refundable.
  • If a firearm is returned due to a denied background check, the restocking fee still applies.

Non-FFL Items (Accessories, Apparel, Parts, etc.)

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged non-FFL products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with all manuals, tags, and accessories included.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • 10% restocking fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Coastal Firearms error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Warranty Support

Most new products sold by Coastal Firearms include a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • If your item is defective within the warranty period, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  • We do not offer in-house repairs or exchanges for items under warranty unless explicitly stated.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Backordered items will ship once in stock. You may cancel a backorder for a full refund any time prior to fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order or backorder due to market conditions, pricing errors, or availability.


Loyalty & Rewards Program

Items purchased with Coastal Firearms Rewards Points or promotional discounts:

  • Are eligible for return under standard terms.
  • If returned, any redeemed points will be forfeited and not refunded.
  • If an order is refunded, any earned points from that order will be reversed.

Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or denial via email.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once shipped, they are subject to the terms above.
