BKF M4 MOD-0 16 or 18 inch 5.56 NATO rifle features and specifications

The BKF M4 MOD-0 16 or 18 inch 5.56 NATO rifle is a duty-grade AR-15 platform designed for professional users who demand performance beyond traditional mil-spec standards. Manufactured and assembled in the United States, the MOD-0 line delivers enhanced durability, precision machining, and mission-ready reliability.

Receivers are precision-machined from premium 7075-T6 aluminum and held to tighter tolerances than standard AR-15 platforms. This improved fit increases rigidity, enhances accuracy, and contributes to long-term durability under sustained use. The 16 and 18 inch 4150 CMV barrel features a 1:7 twist rate and a mid-length gas system for smooth cycling and consistent performance across a wide range of 5.56 NATO ammunition.

Standard features include ambidextrous controls, an enhanced bolt catch, extended magazine release, and a 4.5-pound two-stage trigger. An A5-style 9-position buffer system paired with a Sprinco spring is tuned to the gas system and barrel length to reduce recoil and improve reliability. Each rifle includes a high-pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected C158 bolt carrier group and a Breek ambidextrous charging handle.

BKF barrels are manufactured by a top-tier barrel manufacturer to BKF specifications and are rated for heavy-duty and full-auto use. The BKF M4 MOD-0 16 or 18 inch 5.56 NATO rifle is guaranteed to deliver 1 MOA accuracy or better when used with match-grade ammunition and is backed by BKF’s lifetime warranty and accuracy guarantee.
