1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition, or receivers. All firearm sales are subject to federal, state, and local laws. You are responsible for ensuring your eligibility to own and receive any products you purchase.

2. Firearm Purchases

  • All firearm sales must be shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer for background check and transfer.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate dealer information at checkout.
  • We do not ship firearms directly to customers.
  • Firearms will not ship until we receive a valid FFL license from your selected dealer.

Note: If your FFL dealer refuses the transfer or you fail to complete the background check, a 15% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Ammunition Purchases

  • We only ship ammunition where legally permitted.
  • Ammunition orders require adult signature upon delivery.
  • You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws. We do not ship to:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Washington, D.C.
    • U.S. Territories
    • Any jurisdiction that prohibits ammunition shipment

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Firearms ship only to valid FFL dealers.
  • Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or FFL processing times.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Firearms and ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
  • For non-regulated items (e.g., apparel, accessories), returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

6. Training & Courses

  • Course registration is non-refundable unless canceled by Coastal Firearms.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Attendees must comply with all safety protocols and legal requirements.

Coastal Firearms follows all federal, state, and local laws. It is your responsibility to:

  • Know and comply with laws in your jurisdiction
  • Ensure any purchase is legal where you reside
