The DS-25 Hurricane Standard 6.5 Creedmoor Rifle represents Dark Storm Industries’ premium long-range offering within the DS-25 platform. Designed to bridge the handling characteristics of an AR-15 with the ballistic performance of an AR-10–class cartridge, the Hurricane delivers superior range, energy retention, and wind resistance compared to traditional 5.56 platforms.

Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, the DS-25 Hurricane is optimized for precision shooting, hunting, and duty applications where extended distance and consistency matter. Despite its enhanced capability, the DS-25 platform maintains a lightweight, compact profile, making it easier to handle than conventional large-frame AR rifles.

The rifle features partial ambidextrous controls and an extended 15-inch free-float M-Lok handguard, providing a rigid mounting platform for optics, bipods, and accessories. A 20-inch SOCOM-profile barrel maximizes velocity and long-range performance, while the competition compensator reduces recoil and muzzle rise for improved shot-to-shot recovery. The rifle is finished with a Hogue rubber over-molded pistol grip and a Magpul PRS Lite stock for stability and comfort.
