Designed for shooters in restrictive jurisdictions, this rifle utilizes a fixed magazine billet receiver set while retaining the accuracy, balance, and performance expected from a modern precision AR.

Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, the Hurricane delivers superior external ballistics, extended effective range, and reduced wind drift compared to traditional 5.56 platforms. Despite its increased capability, the DS-25 platform maintains a lightweight, compact profile comparable to an AR-15, making it easier to handle than conventional AR-10 rifles.

The rifle features partial ambidextrous controls and an extended 15-inch M-Lok handguard, providing a rigid, free-float mounting platform for optics, bipods, and accessories. A 20-inch SOCOM-profile barrel optimized for 6.5 Creedmoor maximizes velocity and long-range consistency, while the competition compensator reduces recoil and muzzle rise for faster follow-up shots.
