  • You are not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from possessing firearms.
  • All firearms must be shipped to a verified FFL dealer for transfer and background check.
  • You will complete all required background checks before taking possession of any firearm.

Firearms will not be shipped to states or cities with restrictions that prohibit their sale. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local laws before purchasing.

3. Age Verification

You must verify your age to access and purchase items on this website. Certain products may be restricted by age, state, or category. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with legal restrictions.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments through authorized firearm-friendly processors. All payments must be completed before shipping. Coastal Firearms reserves the right to cancel or hold orders pending payment verification.

6. Shipping & FFL Transfers

  • Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer only.
  • The buyer must provide an FFL copy or have the receiving dealer send it to us.
  • Shipping times vary but we typically ship within 2–5 business days of receiving FFL information and payment.
  • We do not ship firearms to PO Boxes.

7. Returns & Cancellations

  • Firearms cannot be returned once transferred to the customer.
  • Non-firearm items may be eligible for return—please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee once an order is placed.

8. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure accurate product listings but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.
